Established in 1990, Harding & Sons is a family owned, family operated, and family oriented company. Our philosophy is simple; treat clients like they are part of the family.

We do this through building quality custom homes and providing remodels that are influenced directly through client interaction, with a stress free process in mind.

In the past decade, the housing market has seen vast alterations to available products allowing endless design capabilities. Harding & Sons captures that market by specializing in custom furnishings and designs that won’t break the bank. Together, they pool their resources and ingenuity to deliver tailored homes and designs.

Meet The Team

-Leading the team is Michael Harding, with over 30 years experience in real estate, development, and construction. As a licensed realtor and licensed contractor, Mike has been through decades of transactions and projects, allowing him to stay up to date on current trends and processes.

-Cory and Colin Harding, both business school graduates with BBA and business management degrees, bring to the table a combined 20 plus years working experience. They are licensed builders with experience in general contracting and on-site operations.

-Other members of the team include an on staff CPA and design consulting services.
